Unisex Aluminium-Walkingstöcke mit fester Länge. Erhältlich in 5 cm Schritten ab der Länge von 105 cm. Der große Vorteil von Stöcken in fester Länge liegt in der hohen Stabilität - selbst bei intensiverer Belastung.
Das verhindert die Verletzungsgefahr und erhöht die Langlebigkeit. Hygienische Griffe aus abwaschbarem PE, Komfort-Schlaufe (nicht abnehmbar), Stockspitze in Kronenform mit Teller und Pad.

Die richtige Stocklänge
Eine einzig richtige Stocklänge gibt es nicht, da sie abhängig von Kondition, Arm- und Beinlänge, Schritttempo, Intensität und Geländeform ist. Als Faustregel gilt: Der Stock sollte so lang sein, dass der Arm maximal 90 Grad angewinkelt ist und der Unterarm parallel zum Boden verläuft, wenn der Stock senkrecht auf den Boden gestellt wird und die Hand den Griff umfasst. Hilfreich ist auch die Formel: Körpergröße x 0,67! Oder greifen Sie zu einem Telestock, bei dem eine individuelle Längenanpassung jederzeit möglich ist.
